Job Description & Summary
We are looking for an experienced consultant to strengthen our regional team involved in investment banking and financing with respect to large infrastructure projects, advising clients on infrastructure assets strategy, elaboration of financial models in order to ascertaining the project benefits and feasibility, M&A infrastructure assets, and securing all types of financing (corporate, project - assets, acquisition) in general. We strive to help our clients realise these projects, find a suitable bank or equity partner, arrange the financing or assist the owners in buying and selling such assets.
We help our clients to identify the advantages and risks, elaborate feasibility studies, set suitable financial structures and create ideal competition strategy for infrastructure assets.
Equally, in these challenging times, clients may want to address liquidity issues or consider interaction with lenders, given the financial stress.
Typical sectors in which we advise are highways, railways, airports, hospitals, social housing, senior housing, sport and leisure, real estate and renewable energy infrastructure.
Our regional team works for 20 countries of Central and Eastern Europe, however, we spend most of our working hours in Prague.
What can you do at our company?
Active participation in project across the CEE region
Project management of long-term projects including client communication
Co-participation in meetings of our clients’ top management and cooperation on
providing advice to investment funds, ministers and governments
Participation in the process of securing bank, mezzanine, equity financing or
capital market solutions
Team cooperation and advice on in the Public-Private Partnerships projects (PPP)
Who are we looking for and what do we consider as an advantage?
University degree
At least 2-year experience in the field of corporate finance, banking, audit, valuation, PE/investment/infrastructure funds, financial modelling etc.
Strong communication skills, reliable and responsible approach to project work
Ability to establish and maintain relationships, teamwork skills
Enthusiastic personality
Analytical skills and judgment
Good command of Czech and English
