We are looking for an experienced and motivated team leader for our growing payroll department delivering payroll services to external clients.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading a team of payroll accountants
- Managing payroll processes for various types of clients, identifying areas for improvement with aim to achieve maximum efficiency and their implementation
- Every day communication with clients and business partners – solving all types of issues related to payroll agenda and maintaining strong and positive relationship
- Maintain payroll guidelines and secure high quality of payroll processing
- Completion of payroll agenda for our clients, ensuring proper and timely execution of payroll for our clients
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge in labour law, tax, social security and health insurance legislation
- Cooperation with our accounting, tax and HR teams
- Regional cooperation in CEE region
- Business, Team & Process development, including focus on automation and digitalisation

You will be great in this role if you have:

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- 5+ years of relevant finance/payroll experience
- At least 3 years of experience in similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English language (both essential).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for new technologies and process improvements
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Solid organizational skills, project management skills, and systems aptitude
- A strong desire to exceed expectations and strong interpersonal skills, including persuasive written and oral communication skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
